with skill to do what’s needed
with words to soothe the beast

Mimi, this is a very lovely poem, I find your imagery to be very unique, soothing and motivating. I like the perspective about how we should be grateful for the people that enter our lives and the gifts that they bring to them, this is excellent writing!
